Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you use tinamulryan.com, take The Freedom Finder quiz, buy a digital product or work with Tina Mulryan, operating through Transformations Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice
Tina is a life coach. Coaching, the Freedom Finder quiz, our digital products and all content on this site are for personal growth and educational purposes only. They are not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your doctor, a licensed mental health professional or emergency services. In the U.S., you can call or text 988.
2. Your results
You are responsible for your own choices, actions and results. While we share tools and examples in good faith, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome from coaching, the quiz or our products.
3. Digital products
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are shown at checkout.
After payment, you will receive a secure download link by email. Please download your files promptly, as links expire 24 hours after first use. If you have any trouble, email us and we will resend it.
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use. Please do not share, resell, copy or distribute our products or post them online.
4. Refund policy
Digital products: Because our digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.
If your download does not arrive, your file will not open, or you were charged twice by mistake, please email us at tinamulryan@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will send you a working copy or issue a refund.
Coaching programs: The payment, cancellation and refund terms for private coaching are set out in your individual coaching agreement, which you will receive before you begin.
Discovery calls: Discovery calls are complimentary. If you need to reschedule, please use the link in your Calendly confirmation.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Break the Cycle Method™, The Freedom Finder, text, worksheets, graphics and videos, belongs to Tina Mulryan and Transformations Inc. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, our content or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
7. Third-party services
We use trusted third parties such as Squarespace, Stripe, PayPal and Calendly. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Privacy

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
