This Privacy Policy explains how Tina Mulryan, operating through Transformations Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit tinamulryan.com, take The Freedom Finder quiz, buy a digital product, book a call or work with us.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name and email address when you take The Freedom Finder, join our email list or contact us; and any details you choose to share when booking a discovery call or during coaching.

  • Purchase information: when you buy a product, your name, email address and billing details are collected to process your order. Payments are handled securely by our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal) through Squarespace. We never see or store your full card details.

  • Booking information: discovery calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects the details you enter when booking.

  • Quiz answers: your Freedom Finder answers are used to show your result on screen. We do not store your individual answers.

  • Automatically collected information: like most websites, our site (hosted by Squarespace) uses cookies and similar technologies to collect basic information such as your browser type, pages visited and general location, so we can understand how the site is used and keep it running well.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver your quiz result, digital products and download links

  • To send you emails you have signed up for, such as reflections, resources and occasional offers

  • To respond to your questions and schedule calls

  • To provide coaching services you have agreed to

  • To process payments and keep records required by law

  • To improve our website, content and offers

3. Email communications

When you take The Freedom Finder or sign up on our site, you agree to receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will still send essential emails about any purchase you make, such as your download link or receipt.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as Squarespace (website, email and store), Stripe and PayPal (payments) and Calendly (scheduling). These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Confidentiality in coaching

Anything you share in a coaching session is treated as confidential and is not shared without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect someone’s safety.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for legal, tax or accounting reasons. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Depending on where you live (for example, California, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Australia), you may have additional privacy rights.
